Join us for an Online Event - Lisa Eurich will be talking about Colorado’s two-year assessment cycle, and the state’s statutory requirements in valuing property for tax purposes, recent legislative changes affecting property taxes and how to estimate them for tax year 2025 (payable in 2026). We will also have a Q & A session at the end . Also, Athena Damianos from Luna Lending will be providing Q & A Support as we review important details with property taxes and planning ahead for the next two year cycle.
