Description
Warren Station and Elevate Sauna team up to create a day of movement and restoration with yoga classes and sauna sessions in Keystone’s River Run Village on Saturday, January 10th. Guests are invited to customize their day of wellness by choosing between a sauna-only ticket, a yoga-only ticket, or a sauna & yoga class combo ticket.
The Elevate Sauna, a mobile sauna based in Silverthorne, opens at 9am and will park by Warren Station. Benefits of immersing in dry heat for short periods of time include soothing sore muscles by increasing the body temperature and reducing stress by activating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system.
