Assistant Shop Manager
Our Ohana team is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help facilitate the day to day operations of our Breckenridge Shop. The Assistant Manager role is essential to contributing to the positive, welcoming environment of our brick and mortar locations. Our ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, demonstrates strong initiative and can work both independently as well as part of a larger team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for the Summit County community, local business and handcrafted goods! The Assistant Manager will be responsible for covering 32 to 40 hours a week on the retail floor and will work closely alongside our Retail Manager and Owners to assist with inventory and product merchandising. This is a full-time, year round position, with room for growth.

What you’re responsible for:
• Cover 32+ hours/weekly on the retail floor
• Assist with training and supervising shop staff
• Hold staff accountable for daily task list
• Keep shop tidy and up to Brand standards
• Work as part of management team to support shop operations and manage inventory
• Online order fulfillment
• Staff scheduling and shop schedule management
• Opportunities for creative leadership - assist with social media, marketing, merchandising, etc.
• Be flexible to step in wherever needed
Compensation & Benefits:
• $42,000+ DOE
• 5 days of PTO + 2 weeks of off season PTO

Additional Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience
Bonus: management experience in retail setting
Proficient in technology - basic computer skills, google sheets & docs.
Weekend & holiday hours required
Must live in area or have housing secured prior to start
