About UsThe Family & Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) is Summit County’s human service non-profit. The agency has 36 employees who operate four main programs and a non-profit thrift store. Prior to COVID-19, the agency served 4,000 people annually. That number rose by more than double during the pandemic and we expect to serve 7,000 – 9,000 people this year with less staff than pre-pandemic. more
