About Us
Real estate sales and lodging rentals at Copper Mountain Resort, Colorado are our specialties. Since 1974 Carbonate Real Estate has been serving Copper Mountain Resort. We live where we work. NO ONE knows Copper better than Broker/Owner Tom Malmgren. Active in the local Special Districts, past president of the Summit Association of Realtors and past Realtor of the Year – he knows his business well! Tom graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Building Industry and Real Estate. Tom was a member of the University of Denver NCAA Championship Ski Team for 4 years.
