Description
Warren Station and Lolë are excited to present a NEW yoga and crafting event to ring in the new year with like-minded people. Manifest your upcoming dream year for 2023 with a guided yoga practice and vision board collage craft.
The night kicks off with a craft brainstorming exercise, then guests will move into an hour of slow flow and deep stretching, followed by guided crafting and drinks. All crafting and yoga supplies are included in the cost of a ticket, along with your choice of wine, beer, or mocktail to wet your whistle while you work on a collage. Erin, the Align in the Pines Yoga instructor, will guide students through both the yoga and crafting portions of the event.
Come for the yoga, and stay for the raffle! Lolë will raffle off 2 gift cards to their store in River Run Village, as well as offer a 30% off coupon for yoga students, good for the rest of the weekend.
Vision Board (n.) – a compilation of images, words, and ideas that convey your short and long-term goals, usually intended to inspire and motivate one to reach those goals. Sometimes also referred to as a dream board.
The vision board craft will be customizable to any shape, size, or style that you’re feeling that night. Craft up a whole vision board with goals for the new year or create a funky collage or mood board instead. Craft examples will also be provided to jump-start your collage inspiration. Enjoy an evening of asana and art with like-minded people at Warren Station!
Event Schedule: 4pm – Doors Open
4:15pm – Welcome and brainstorming exercise
4:30-5:30pm – Flow and Yin Yoga Practice
5:30-8:00pm – Collaging and Drinks
Yoga Teacher Bio:
Erin Bissette is a North Carolina native who has been practicing yoga since 2013 when she discovered yoga as an essential complement to running. After realizing yoga is actually the perfect complement to everything, she completed her 200 hr. YTT at Asheville Yoga Center and started to dive into meditation, yin, nidra, and restorative practices in addition to flow. Erin strives to make yoga accessible and welcoming for all bodies and experience levels and wants to share the joy of yoga with anyone ready to experience it!
Erin teaches the summer Align in the Pines Yoga Series with Lole at Keystone. Erin also teaches at Peak Yoga Studio in Dillon.
