Description
The statewide series of trainings, offered by the Colorado Worksite Wellness Task Force, focuses on the stages of worksite wellness program development - how to build, assess, plan, implement and evaluate a program. In a step- by-step format, participants learn how to develop their own program, regardless of business size or sector. These trainings provide participants with the tools and resources needed to support their efforts.
This particular training session will be led by Lisa Bailey, MS, and offer the following learning objectives:
1. Demonstrate why planning is important.
2. Understand the core elements of an operating plan.
3. Develop SMART objectives and strategies for your program.
4. Identify levels of programming for maximal impact.
5. Formulate an operating plan utilizing sample data.
