Description

LC & the Rubber Bands Summit County bluegrass group who found each other at the regular Prosit jam. They were brought together by Summit County's own Dan Smallwood, who appears in several projects and has been playing music for a couple of decades! Dan plays lead guitar, bringing out familiar sounds and licks similar to Blake Norman and Doc Watson. Matt Seivert is on the banjo and has spent the last 2 years figuring out how to make the banjo sound melodic, funky, and psychedelic and really round out the sound of the band. Glenn Reynolds holds down the low end on the standup bass and drives the pace and punch of each song. Lauren Culler sings lead vocals and plays rhythm guitar - she challenges the band to expand their genre and regularly adds fun, new songs to the playlist
