Keystone's Oktoberfest

Description

Dig out the lederhosen and bring out the family for Keystone’s 12th Annual Oktoberfest, taking place in River Run Village on Saturday, August 30th. The day kicks off with the Das Bier Burner 5K Fun Run at 10:30 AM, followed by the awards ceremony at 11:30 AM. Festival check-in also opens at 10:30 AM inside Warren Station, where guests can pick up commemorative steins and food wristbands. The Beer Garden and food booths open at 11:30 AM in the River Run Event Plaza, so grab a brew and enjoy the festivities!
 
The River Run Main Stage entertainment starts with Summit Concert Band at 12:00 PM, setting the tone for a lively afternoon. The ever-popular Those Austrian Guys take the stage at 1:00 PM, bringing Bavarian tunes to the festival. Meanwhile, the Chris Bauer Trio plays from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM at the Info Center, adding even more musical variety. Traditional Bavarian dance group, the Alpen Auerhahn Schuhplattlers, perform their first dance set at 2:00 PM in the River Run Event Plaza.
 
The Stein Hoisting Competition kicks off at 2:30 PM, featuring a Kids Root Beer Hoisting Contest, Women’s Stein Hoisting Contest, and Men’s Hoisting Contest. Raise a stein and test your strength!
