The ribbon cutting ceremony is a FREE event.
Description
Join the Summit Chamber and the Town of Silverthorne for the Ribbon Cutting ceremony to welcome the new Hotel Indigo and the Kúcu Tequila Bistro. The ribbon cutting will begin in the lobby of the hotel followed by the ribbon cutting at the restaurant with a Native American blessing by Leon Joseph Littlebird.
This event coincides with the February First Friday event in Silverthorne.
Participate in the Wish Lantern Festival by decorating a lantern and launching it in the Blue River to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
At the Silverthorne Pavilion, enjoy salsa dancing and live music from Remezcla to celebrate Noche de Candela.
Afterwards, head back to the Kúcu Tequila Bistro for specials and live music with John Truscelli.
