Sound Healing + Acupuncture (Building Hope)

Led by EJ and Dr. Michael A. Wiadro, DACHM, let the waves of sound wash over you in this relaxing sound bath and acupuncture experience.

The element of sound: it runs through every facet of our life. Our bodies are made up of vibrations and frequency all the way down to the movement of our cells. It is no wonder that the journey of a sound bath brings our bodies back into a homeostatic state, nourishing our blood flow & our nervous system to enter into deep relaxation. This flow in our bodies also stimulates our energy lines, breaking through blocks, moving stagnation & uprooting old patterns that no longer serve us.

One of the goals of sound healing, is to create the upward movement of energy through the spine/Chakra system to the higher energy points (i.e. Third Eye or Crown) of the body. As the energy/Prana/Qi is unblocked, and begins to circulate freely the corresponding mental/emotional/physical systems of the body related to each Chakra level benefit and allow deep healing.

To promote or catalyze this energetic flow and healing, our event will integrate a simple and elegant 3 point Acupuncture combination: YinTang (the Third Eye) will serve as both a guiding point to focus energetic flow in an upward movement, and Ear Shen Men points will be needled, bilaterally, to encourage a shift to the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system and support deep relaxation and healing.
