Mike Messeroff, a formerly depressed and burnt-out Summit County business owner and bartender turned Mindfulness Expert and Personal Freedom Coach will share powerful exercises, relatable stories, and practical guidance to help alleviate stress, overwhelm, and burnout.

He will share tips and techniques to help relieve the constant chatter in the mind and be more focused in all areas of life.

Feeling a renewed sense of appreciation, peace, and presence, attendees will leave this workshop feeling more joyful and better prepared to handle the stresses inherent in everyday life.
