Every day people walk in to businesses intending to purchase something. Suddently it happens.. Something you or your employees do makes it hard for the customer to give you money! The customer may leave without doing business with you, and 2 of 3 never come back. You may not even know you've lost them.
This educational workshop provides tools and techniques to recognize your WAYMISHs and how to resolve them. Most often the only thing that can truly differentate your business from that of direct competitors is how you treat your clients.
This class is open to Chamber members and non chamber members.
