Join Leslie Glenn for a special yoga and meditation experience designed to strengthen awareness, presence and connection both on and off the yoga mat. Connect with breath, mindful movement and learn everyday mindfulness tools for mental health in this gentle yoga practice. Enjoy tea and time to connect after class. This is a Building Hope Summit County community connectedness event and is free and open to all. Yoga Mats are available.
