I am Dr. Paul Redpath and I am the dentist and owner at Innovative Family Dental in Dillon. I graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed my residency at Hackensack University Medical Center.  I moved to Summit County in 2017 and purchased the dental practice in 2019. I love living in Summit County and I am happy to be a part of this community.

Scott is a marketplace developer and retail placemaker overseeing all facets of commercial property operations and asset management. His most recent experience prior to joining Milender White was overseeing the urban re-development project for the 8M SF Union Market neighborhood in Washington, D.C. Scott managed their retail strategy, property operations and leasing while working for EDENS.
 
Scott has a well-versed hospitality background with 10 years of experience working in high-volume luxury hotel operations in both New York City and Washington, D.C. At the Waldorf=Astoria in New York City he managed a $30M restaurant operation before moving to Washington, D.C. as the Director of Food & Beverage at W Hotel.  Scott’s experience in hospitality and urban development makes him an integral resource for retail placemaking, strategic partnerships and operations for mixed-use development.  

I was born and raised on the North Shore of Chicago. Shortly after graduating from Michigan State, where I not only received a Business degree, but also my first pair of skiis. For a number of years, I lived in Boulder, worked in sales the hotel industry, and also enjoyed a few years as a pastry chef. Then, after finishing my studies in Psychology at Naropa University, I launched my career in the health and wellness industry. I also picked up snowboarding and moved to Summit County, where I have lived for over 11 years. I love working for Boost Oxygen and have been with them since 2016. If I am not working, you can find me skiing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, backpacking, hot-springing or anything that allows me to enjoy everything the mountains have to offer.

After graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta, he spent many years in various positions in the live event industry.

Blake is married with two daughters and lives in Breckenridge. He loves being involved in the community and the fun it has to offer. He also enjoys skiing, golfing, and being active with his kids when not working.

Dan Kinney CPA is a Member of both AICPA and COCPA. He brings years of business consulting and professional accounting services to his clients throughout Colorado. Dan himself is a Colorado native and began his accounting career by focusing his attention on entrepreneurs and small business owners. Over these years he has worked in a wide variety of professional industries.

This has given him the opportunity to expand his accounting practice towards the estate and trust tax with many of his clients.
