Position Overview
Blue Sky Limo is seeking organized and communicative dispatch agents for our Copper Mountain based airport transportation service. This role is integral in ensuring smooth and timely airport transfers for our clients arriving at Denver International Airport who are traveling to Copper Mountain and back. We seek candidates committed to the highest customer service and operational efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Coordinate and dispatch airport transportation, aligning drivers with client bookings.
- - Utilize GPS and communication tools to monitor vehicle locations and progress.
- - Manage diverse scheduling, including early mornings, late nights, and holidays.
- - Handle client inquiries and provide shuttle service information.
- - Collaborate with drivers to ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- - Maintain accurate records of transportation details.
Qualifications:
- - Strong organizational and communication skills.
- - Proficiency in GPS and scheduling software.
- - Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late nights, and holidays.
- - Excellent customer service skills and effective client concern resolution.
- - Familiarity with Summit and Eagle Counties preferred.
- - Prior experience in customer service or dispatch coordination is required.

Compensation:
- Our airport transportation dispatch specialists are paid $25 - $30/hour (depending on experience). After initial training and performance evaluation at our branch office location, our dispatch specialists are able to work remotely from home if they wish to.About Blue Sky Limo
