About Us
The CB Grille is ''inspired dining'' at Copper Mountain. Come in and check out our new menu items and refreshing cocktails. Enjoy the great happy hour on our intimate outdoor patio with incredible views of the Colorado High Country.
We use all-natural Angus Colorado raised beef along with local fresh ingredients. We also have several vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Some of our many inspirations are entrees like bison meatloaf, grilled Alaskan halibut, steak house mac n’ cheese, and basil chicken pizza. Our appetizers include Thai steamed mussels, crispy crab & avocado, and Portobello & Ricotta stuffed tomatoes. CB Grille also has soups and salads, an extensive wine list and incredible handmade desserts.
